SUV Crashes into Greyhound Bus Head-on in AL

In Montgomery, Alabama, a SUV was involved in a head-on crash with a Greyhound bus. The driver of the SUV received fatal injuries from the crash while 36 passengers on the Greyhound bus received only minor injuries.

According to the Associated Press, just after 2 am, the SUV was driving in the wrong direction on I-65. Police were called to pursue the SUV before the crash when it was reported that the SUV was going in the wrong direction.

The Greyhound bus was heading toward Mobile when the head-on crash happened. This is the second accident within the last four months in which a Greyhound bus collided with a vehicle going the wrong way.
